SPARKS, Nev. (AP) — Police say a man apparently took his own life outside a Sparks hospital on Friday afternoon, two weeks after a deadly shooting in a Reno medical building.
The man, who wasn't a hospital patient, was pronounced dead at the scene. His name wasn't immediately released.
The shooting comes after Alan Frazier of Lake Almanor, Calif., on Dec. 17 fatally shot Dr. Garo Gholdoian, critically wounded Dr. Christine Lajeunesse and seriously injured Shawntae Spears at Urology Nevada on the grounds of Renown Regional Medical Center. Frazier then killed himself.
