Las Vegas, NV (KRNV & MyNews4.com)-- The Nevada State Law Enforcement Officers' Association (NSLEOA) has released a statement opposing the state assisted relocation of Take Two Software to Las Vegas.
The statement comes after a recent decision by the Nevada Economic Development Board to invest $600,000 in tax dollars to help the game company to move to Las Vegas.
In the Associations official release, they called the move a "waste of tax dollars" and said that Take Two's video "games of extreme graphic violence" were a negative influence on young video game players.
Take Two is the producer of the popular and extremely controversial "Grand Theft Auto" video game series.
