DENVER (AP) — A 63-year-old Nevada man is facing charges after being accused of committing lewd acts on an airplane.
U.S. Attorney John Walsh says Daniel Drinan of Reno was arrested Saturday at Denver International Airport after passengers complained he was watching pornography and had unbuttoned his pants.
Drinan was on Southwest Flight 1998 en route from Baltimore-Washington International Airport to Denver International Airport and he was arrested after the flight landed.
If convicted of crimes aboard an aircraft, Drinan faces up to 90 days in jail and a $250,000 fine.
