RENO, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) -- The city of Reno has been chosen as one of 100 cities in the world to be named IBM's Smarter Cities.
IBM is awarding 100 cities around the world with about $400,000 worth of technical assistance to develop innovative solutions to city challenges. IBM will be putting experts on the ground in Reno for three weeks to work closely with city leaders and then deliver recommendations on how to make the city smarter and more effective.
