(Sports Network) - The Baltimore Orioles have reportedly signed right-handed pitcher Darren O'Day to a two-year deal, avoiding arbitration.

According to MLB.com and CBSSports.com, the deal is worth $5.4 million -- $2.2 million in 2013 and $3.2 million in 2014 -- and a $4.25 million team option with a $400,000 buyout in 2015.

O'Day, 30, pitched in 69 games for the Orioles last season and went 7-1 with a 2.28 ERA, 69 strikeouts and 14 walks over 67 innings. He also pitched seven scoreless innings in the postseason.

Over 255 games with the Angels (2008), Mets (2009), Rangers (2009-11) and Orioles, O'Day owns a 15-6 career record with a 2.73 ERA and two saves.
