SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — The chief executive of San Francisco pornography studio Kink.com has been charged with cocaine possession.

San Francisco Police Department spokesman Officer Albie Esparza told the San Francisco Chronicle Tuesday that officers responding to a report of guns being fired at the studio.

No guns were found, but the officers allegedly found the drugs when they patted down Kink.com CEO Peter Ackworth on Feb. 1.

The Chronicle says the 42-year-old Acworth has pleaded not guilty to felony cocaine possession. His attorney, Michael Stapanian, told the newspaper the charge was a result of "a $60 mistake."

Ackworth also issued a statement saying he is committed to being a positive influence on San Francisco.

Kink.com specializes in "fetish porn" and was the subject of a documentary actor/director James Franco unveiled at the Sundance Film Festival this month.
