Those calls are not released by the dispatchers. They are public however so if the news heard this over their scanners, they can request the tapes. If there is no story here, then why did the facility call 911? why did anyone call? If the caller was a visitor, how horrible for them to see that this facility would not provided even the slightest assistance. How sad. The family is at peace with this, wonder how the residents who observed it feel? Might create a mass exodus.

In other words media, keep your nose out of people's business. Quit trying to make a story when one isn't there. The 911 operator had no business letting this call go public. Only reason I can think of is to get the spot light for themself.
