SPARKS, Nev. (KRNV & MyNews4.com) - The man who was arrested for trespassing at a Washoe County School Board meeting will not face criminal charges.

The case against Larry Dailey ended up before the Sparks City Attorney because of a conflict in Reno.  Sparks City Attorney Chet Adams tells News 4 he has decided to drop the case without prejudice, meaning charges could be filed at a later date.

The school district is currently negotiating an agreement with Dailey's lawyer.

Dailey is the parent of a special needs student. He was arrested in June when he showed up at the school board meeting after he'd been warned not to be on the property because of threats he allegedly made against school district employees.
