Twins activate Nolasco from DL

Minneapolis, MN (SportsNetwork.com) - Minnesota's Ricky Nolasco will return from the 15-day disabled list to face the Chicago White Sox on Saturday.

Nolasco made one start this season before landing on the DL with right elbow inflammation. He gave up six runs and walked four in three-plus innings of an 11-0 loss at Detroit on April 8.

The Twins also activated left-handed reliever Brian Duensing from the 15-day DL. He missed 14 games with a right intercostal strain.

To make room for Nolasco and Duensing, the Twins optioned pitchers Tommy Milone and Caleb Thielbar to Triple-A Rochester following Friday's win.
