LAS VEGAS (AP) — Police are investigating the discovery of a body in a vehicle parked behind a Las Vegas swap meet business as a possible suicide.

Las Vegas police Officer Laura Meltzer said Monday that a passer-by summoned authorities a little after 10 a.m. Monday to an area behind the Fantastic Indoor Swap Meet at Decatur and Oakey boulevards. That's several miles west of the Las Vegas Strip.

Meltzer says she doesn't immediately know if the dead person was male or female.
