White Sox agree to terms with Viciedo

Chicago, IL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Chicago White Sox have agreed to terms with outfielder Dayan Viciedo on a one-year, $2.8-million contract, avoiding arbitration.

Viciedo hit .265 with 23 doubles, 14 home runs, 56 RBI and 43 runs scored in 124 games with the White Sox in 2013. He ranked third among American League outfielders with 12 assists.

The 24-year-old Viciedo is a career .264 hitter with 51 doubles, 45 homers and 153 RBI in 338 games over four seasons with the White Sox.
