Second-year Nevada Head Coach David Carter announced Wednesday that the 2010-11 University of Nevada men's basketball schedule will feature 14 home games and contests with 10 opponents that earned postseason invitations last year.

"We are very pleased with being able to put together a schedule that should challenge our young team and prepare us for the rigors of the Western Athletic Conference," Carter said. "This year's schedule features a number of teams that went to the postseason last year, including six NCAA Tournament teams and at least two Pac-10 teams, and will create some great matchups both home and away."

Following an exhibition game against Seattle Pacific on Nov. 6, the Wolf Pack will open the regular season with 2010 Big Sky Tournament champion and NCAA Tournament participant Montana on Nov. 13 at Lawlor Events Center, officials said.

The team will then play at Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles in the NIT Season Tip-Off for the first time since 2003.

Nevada, Pacific, Pepperdine and UCLA will play in Los Angeles with the first and second rounds set for Nov. 15 and Nov. 17.
