Officials say they do not believe it is arson, but still need to find out what sparked the fire.
Reno fire and police crews were called out to a fire in southeast Reno, just before 10 o'clock Friday night.
A firefighter on scene says the fire started in the back of the market, then there was a "massive explosion," and a second building caught on fire. Fire officials says no one was injured, but two people were displaced.
Crews had Wrondel Way blocked off for a couple of hours, while they worked to put out the flames and contain the smoke. There is no word yet on how much damage the fire caused.
Silvia Cabrera, who lives near the market, says she was washing dishes when she looked out the window and saw, "huge flames and a lot of smoke" coming out of the building. She says moments later she heard a loud explosion that shook the ground. Cabrera says within moments police and fire crews arrived on scene.
