The Animal Ark Wildlife Sanctuary will be open on Saturday & Sunday for the upcoming holiday weekends! January 19 & 20, and February 16 & 17, from 11am-3pm.  Don't let winter's chilly temps keep you in the house!  Put on your winter coat and boots and join us on the holiday weekends.  Reno's icy weather is perfectly comfortable for our lynx, bobcats, cougars, wolves and the other wild residents.

The Ark's winter wonderland is at 6,000 feet of altitude, so dress for outdoor fun in winter conditions. We encourage you to call prior to your departure, as severe weather or unsafe facility conditions will cancel the
