The Wild Women Artists are exploring the edge of the unknown in their fall 2012 art show and sale. 10 regional artists are taking part in “Beyond Wild” at the Wilbur D. May Museum, along with five new guest artists. The event showcases a variety of artisan creations including metal sculpture, basketry, paintings, jewelry, ceramics, and more. The Wild Women Artists is a collective of mixed media artists from Northern Nevada and California. The group comes together for only two shows each year – a spring show in Elko and a fall show in Reno. Friday, November 16: Noon to 8 pm; Saturday, November 17: 10 am - 5 pm; Sunday, November 18: 11 am - 4 pm.
