Qi Gong (Chi Gong) has been a health practice in China for thousands of years. The term Qi (Energy) means life force much like the fuel that goes in your car. Gong means work or technique. Qi Gong is the art of self healing and uses Qi to clear energy blockages. Qi Gong is the vehicle to rebalance your body and mind from life of stress, toxins and emotions. Justin will teaching the 18 movements of Tai Chi/Qi Gong they were created for rehabilitative purpose but are extremely beneficial for everyone. The movements help to strengthen the mind, breath, and body. They also help release pain and stress from the body increasing healing time of injuries. The movements can be practiced standing, seated or lying down.
Justin Nielsen is a Wu Dang 26th generation Long Men lineage holder. Justin trained extensively in the Taoist Healing Arts of Wu Dang Internal Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong and the principles of moving and still meditation. Justin is a Certified Personal Trainer with National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is a Holistic Lifestyle Coach (HLC) with the Chek Institute. After a serious auto accident with no relief from months of physical therapy, Justin turned to Western and Eastern philosophy and exercise to heal the injury. Justin has combined the best of East and West to design a unique integrated method of training.
